Your order will be shipped within 10 business days of the purchase date. This is the standard shipping package. Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and hence, reimbursement isn’t feasible.

Returns are accepted at JJBM. However, they should be made within ten days after delivery to the following address:

Once this is done, refunds will be initiated and issued via the method of payment used during purchase. However, the shipping charges incurred by JJBM during this return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be disbursed in 7-10 business days, after the return of the merchandise is acknowledged.  

It takes about ten days for a product to be exchanged and delivered to the customer. This is dependent on the availability of the product. If your desired product is in stock, it could take significantly lesser time.

To prolong the longevity of your JJBM jewelry pieces do the following:

• Handle with care.
• Gently clean with the free jewelry cloth provided with your purchase.
• Avoid contact with water.
• Don’t wear while sleeping or exercising.
• Store in the satin pouch provided.
